Terms and Conditions

Creating an account or using any part of the Platform means you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authorization to bind it.

InvitiApp offers two pillars:

1. Digital invitations: create invitations with templates, RSVP, WhatsApp/link sharing, guest management, and preview.
2. Event management: organize your event with vendor categories, quotes, budget, itinerary, task list, and collaborators.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time.

Your account is created with Auth0 (Google or email). You are responsible for:

• Providing truthful information and keeping it up to date.
• Maintaining the security of your account.
• All activity from your account.

You may ask to close your account at any time by writing to the contact address.

You may not use the Platform to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages to guests who have not given authorization.
• Impersonate people or organizations.
• Upload illegal, defamatory, violent, pornographic, or offensive content.
• Upload content you don't have rights to.
• Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or circumvent our usage limits.
• Use the Platform for illegal activities or activities that violate third-party rights.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

You retain ownership of everything you upload (photos, videos, text, etc.). By uploading you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and deliver it in the context of the service you requested (showing your invitation to your guests, generating thumbnails, taking backups).

We will not use your content for public marketing without your explicit permission. You are responsible for the content and represent that you have rights over it.

Free plan: you can create up to 5 free invitations. Each free invitation allows up to 10 unique views. After the limit the public invitation is blocked but your data is not lost — you can upgrade to Premium to resume.

Premium: one-time payment per invitation. Removes the view limit and watermark. Price listed on the payment page at the time of purchase.

Event management: free with no limits during the launch period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future; existing users will receive preferential terms.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (authorized processor). Fees and currencies are shown before you pay.

Refunds: we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as the Premium invitation has not been viewed by any guest. After the first view, or after 14 days, the payment is non-refundable because the service is considered consumed.

To request a refund write to duribe@invitiapp.com with your order number.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if a legal authority requires it, or if we stop operating the service.

If we terminate the service in general, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and facilitate exporting your invitations.

The Platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not guarantee that the service is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. We make reasonable efforts to maintain high availability but we do not offer a contractual SLA on the free plan.

We are not responsible for content uploaded by users or for the conduct of guests or collaborators.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim related to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) what you have paid us in the prior 12 months or (b) USD 50.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless (including our directors, employees, and providers) against any third-party claims arising from content you uploaded, your use of the Platform, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms at any time. We publish the new version here with the 'Last updated' date. If changes are material we notify you by email or on the Platform with at least 14 days' notice. Continuing to use the service after the effective date implies acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence. For any dispute we will first try to resolve it amicably by email. If not possible, the competent courts will be those of Bogotá, Colombia.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights that applicable law guarantees you as a consumer.
